Everyone could share what they want to share.
Someone shared an album, do not mean you can not share the same album at the same time or after that.

1. You can post in "同人音乐" section
2. lol, 40-60KB is anordinary speed in mainland china. Patient is virtue XD
But if you want, MU is a good choice.

If i have to guess it right "Physicon" comes under doujin?. If so you can post it here :- http://www.astost.com/bbs/thread.php?fid=42.

Has for file-hosting concerned you post it anywhere you like be it 115, MU, FS or anything. There are no restriction.
