next to 头像链接 enter a url to an externally hosted jpg/gif/png, width should be 160px

you need at least 10 posts to add a custom avatar as far as I remember

also want to ask about avatar: I don't have 头像链接 button , there are only 头像列表 and no input field for avatar url...
